(APPROX. 08:00 – 17:30) Full Day Ottoman and Byzantium Relics City Tour with Lunch (Hippodrome, Sultanahmet Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Museum, Grand Bazaar). : Tour starts at the heart of the Istanbul old city: “Sultanahmet”. Byzantine and Ottoman Empires were ruled from here. HAGIA SOPHIA from the 6th century is the greatest piece of history of architecture, constucted by Emperor Justinian as basilica.
BLUE MOSQUE, built in the name of Sultan Ahmet, is famous with the blue tiles adorning the walls of its interior and 6 minarets.
HIPPODROME, the centre of the old city where sportif and political events took place, decorated with Serpentine Column, Obelisk of Theodosius and German Fountain of Wilhelm II.
GRAND BAZAAR one of the world’s biggest and the oldest covered bazaars with 4000 shops selling authentic carpets, gold jewelery, goods, antiques, leatherware and souvenirs. Also you have seen Grand Bazaar at the last movie of James Bond. LOCAL LUNCH at a Turkish restaurant.
TOPKAPI PALACE was the residence of Ottoman sultans for 400 years and now a UNESCO world heritage site as the best example of palaces. Sacred Islamic relics of prophet Mohammed, Islamic calligraphic manuscripts and murals, large collections of porcelains, robes, weapons, armors, shields, Ottoman miniatures, imperial treasures and jewelery are exhibited at the palace. (Harem is not included in the program)
(APPROX. 08:30 – 18:00) Full Day Princes’ Islands Tour with Local Lunch (Ferry boat ride to islands, lunch by the sea and free time). : After meeting your guide at departure point for your tour, climb aboard your luxury coach and head to the port for your boat tour. Princes’ Islands are nine islands in the Marmara Sea. In the Byzantium era were used as an exile for princes so they called Princes’ islands. The islands are famous for their beautiful beaches, incredible houses, small villas and peaceful surroundings, especially the pine trees. We join the Boat Trip and enjoy Istanbul views from the sea for more than one hour and visit Heybeliada or Burgazada Island the second biggest island that’s famous for its 4 beautiful hills, then the biggest island Buyukada that’s famous for its clean air because of not using vehicles and tour with Electric vehicle from bottom to top of the island passing by all beautiful views and natural forest with ten minute break in the top of the island and finally we visit shopping mall in the city. After the tour we visit touristic shop.
(APPROX. 19:30 – 00:00) Evening Bosphorus Cruise with Local Dinner & Folkloric Show (03 Hours Cruise, Balkan Folk Dance, Turkish Folk Dance, Belly Dance, 3-Course Menu, Unlimited Soft Drinks). : You will be picked up from your hotel btw. 19:00 and 20:00 to transfer to the ship. Sail up the Bosphorus, the waterway between Europe and Asia, passing under the suspension bridges and viewing Ottoman summer palaces, waterside mansions and modern villas which line the European and Asian coasts. The panoramic view of Istanbul by the Bosphorus at night and dinner will both be memorable. Transfer to hotels at midnight. (Including local dinner + folkoric show + belly dance show + Live DJ Music)
