We recently made a last-minute decision to travel to Sri Lanka, and Satguru Travels handled everything flawlessly. Pramod Thomas (Manager – Holidays), was incredibly efficient and arranged our e-visa, flights, hotel, tours, and private vehicle within a very short period. The flight schedule was convenient, and we were promptly picked up at the airport. Our vehicle was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and our driver was professional, well-informed about all the key attractions, and ensured our safety throughout. We/Family had a very good experience right from pick up until drop off and surely would recommend friends/families coming in as tourists in Dubai wanting to experience the same.The activities in the camp area were well organised, clean, and with no-rushing kind of an environment. All was at a good pace with a decent time given per activity.The food quality was good and the best part, the organisers also ensured no food wastage by controlling the distribution well.Our guide Mr. Amjad was an excellent human to interact with, all through our journey.A memorable one with pictures/souvenier’s purchased ending it up with happy faces 😊Look forward to similar experiences for self and recommendations that I would in the near future.
